The project will include a 12-story residential building, a 12-story hotel building, 14,400 square feet of office space and approximately 18,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

Rockwood Capital selected inMotion Real Estate Media to produce a dynamic video presentation for the Parcel K project and help showcase the evolution of Boston's Seaport District, key market data and the unique features of the mixed-use development.
The video includes HD video footage, custom motion graphics, and was part of a live presentation during Rockwood's annual investor meeting.
