Rockwood Turns To inMotion To Showcase LA’s New Investment Opportunities

Eminent real estate investment firm Rockwood Capital once again turned to inMotion to shoot and produce a series of high-definition commercial real estate video presentations for their annual investor meeting.

At the heart of the project lies the regeneration of four rapidly changing neighborhoods in LA – Downtown LA, Culver City, Hollywood and Playa Vista. The films were designed to tell this compelling story, using historical references, while highlighting the fast pace of development, leasing activity, connectivity and resulting investment opportunities within each submarket.

A montage of high-definition (HD) aerial drone and ground-based footage was captured to illustrate the different investment opportunities and neighborhoods, enhanced by custom-made motion graphics, renderings and stills of Rockwood’s major developments in each area for maximum visual impact.
