inMotion Designs Print Brochure & New Company Website for Jack Sitt

Jack Sitt Real Estate was looking to create a brand new company website and redesign for their print IOM brochure (Investment Offering Memorandum). Jack Sitt is a real estate firm based in New York that focuses on investment opportunities within commercial properties in prime locations throughout New York City.

For the brochure, inMotion’s design team worked closely with the client from initial concept to the final printed version, refining layout, colour usage, fonts and image placements. The end result, whilst retaining a clean and corporate feel, is an inviting and glossy marketing-style brochure, with an elegant and eye-catching front cover.

The website design is synonymous with the IOM brochure, following the same color scheme and use of striking New York imagery. The easy to navigate website provides investors with essential company information and opportunities, and a profile of Jack Sitt himself.

inMotion also developed a private log-in section for investors where they can access and download documents and the IOM.

The website is integrated with an easy to use CMS (content management system). Training was provided, allowing the client full control of the finished website and the ability to edit content.
