Mid America Real Estate Group, the leading full-service retail real estate organization in the Midwest, needed creative marketing assets to help generate visibility for The Retail at 430 North Michigan Ave (the Realtor Building), a prominent retail space on Michigan Avenue in the heart of Chicago’s Magnificent Mile.

Partnering with inMotion Real Estate Media, this exciting project comprises of three elements:

1) Responsive interactive property website (www.430retail.com)

2) Marketing brochure/digital PDF

3) Wrap around storefront window signage

The overall design and branding of all three components has a bright and modern color scheme and imagery that resonates with the space’s target audience of consumers, office workers and tourists.

The website’s dynamic, full width single-page design optimizes the user’s experience and immediately catches their attention. Easy to navigate, it features an overview of the property, video, photo gallery and downloads area to access the marketing brochure, map and floor plans.  The website was integrated with an easy to use CMS to allow the GNP team to make quick updates at any time.

The window sign was wrapped around the ground floor of the prestigious Realtor Building and is visible on average by 40,000 people per day passing by on Michigan Avenue.
