The Rosenblum Companies is a developer and full service owner-operator of premier properties in upstate New York who required an Offering Memorandum for the sale of the Corporate Plaza office portfolio.

inMotion was hired to design a highly visual and professional Offering Memorandum for the company’s office portfolio, seamless with Rosenblum’s corporate branding.

The deliverables included a custom OM design with illustrated graphics for all financials, demographics, and maps. The final output includes a print-ready high resolution file and a compressed PDF version ready to be sent via email or shared online.
